  I'm a fan of the B.plane Cica line and use it regularly. First off, true to its Cica nature, it seems great for soothing the skin. As a toner applied after cleansing, I was satisfied with how it calms the skin without causing irritation. Secondly, it refines skin texture. It seems to help the overall skin texture become smoother and more hydrated, allowing the next product, like a serum, to absorb better.
