My skin texture seems to have improved significantly, becoming more firm and supple. I'm not sure about its soothing effects, and there's a slight oiliness that prevents me from layering multiple serums.

I've been using this product consistently for a long time now. I've already repurchased it more than 7 times! There's nothing I'm particularly disappointed about. I just wish they would have sales more often. On dry or sensitive days, I frequently spritz it using a Daiso empty bottle. It's not just moisturizing, but it's rich and hydrating, making it perfect as a winter toner! Even for my extremely dry skin, I found the hydration lasted quite a while. It's a product that's neither exceptionally great nor bad. Controlling the amount can be a bit tricky. Also, while it might be due to my super sensitive skin, I experienced some blemishes after using this product. I loved how it quickly calmed my skin's dryness and redness after cleansing without any irritation. It's truly a holy grail product for soothing the complexion. The product is lightweight and great for daily use. While it's not completely water-like in texture, it's thin but has a slightly slippery feel. I love that my face doesn't feel dry after it dries down. There are no real downsides. When I first received it, there seemed to be some small particles floating inside, but it doesn't appear to be an issue. I've used up a whole bottle and I'm really pleased with it! My skin tends to get easily irritated, so instead of focusing on barrier repair or hydration products, I prefer using soothing products like this one daily. I purchased a moisturizing and soothing cleansing toner that I've been looking for. I'll use it consistently along with the Hwahae. There are no downsides yet. The watery toner is great for layering. When I do the aloe pack, I also put a cotton pad soaked in cica toner on top of the aloe gel. The calming effect is not particularly dramatic, but it is good for use in a straightforward manner!
