This color is perfect for warm skin tones! The staying power is also great. I apply it in the morning, and don't need to reapply until after lunch and brushing my teeth. With other lip products, I usually have to reapply every two hours. I really hope they don't discontinue this! There's nothing particularly bad about it! Maybe just that it leaves some marks on cups, but that's about it. Highly recommended for those with warm skin tones! - yo*******Dry SkinDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityRecommendedSep 26, 2024
I haven't found any lip product that suits me as well as this one! I love matte lip products, and this one applies smoothly with a perfect texture that adheres well. The color enhances my complexion, and its excellent staying power is impressive. Overall, everything about it is just perfect. Even famous high-end products have never given me this level of satisfaction. The only downside? It's hard to use up every last bit. And please, I hope it never gets discontinued! - r8********Normal SkinSensitive SkinDark CirclesInner DrynessEnlarged PoresRecommendedSep 14, 2024
I loved how well it stained my lips. It was also nice to see the pink hue intensify over time. The only downside was that it emphasized my blemishes, probably because it wasn't the right personal color for me. Other than that, I actually really liked it. - su***********Oily SkinAcne SkinRecommendedAug 30, 2024
I love how Pia's Docu Perfect applies beautifully. Just a light application on the inside of the lips gives a natural, healthy look without appearing too pale. It's perfect! The stain has a slightly fluorescent tint. I'm not sure if it's just my lips, but because of this staining effect, I don't use it often. It's great that after applying, if you blot once with a tissue, the color lasts for a long time. - cc*******************Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsRecommendedJul 22, 2024
If I don't apply anything, my lips look sickly... I used this to add some vitality, and I think it would be perfect for those with warm mute or deep undertones! The formula is quite thick, so there's less chance of it smearing around the container opening when you're taking it out or putting it back. Whether it's just a minute after application or after eating, only the lip line retains the tint while the rest completely fades away. The longevity is disappointing. - ye******Dry SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsInner DrynessRecommendedJul 1, 2024
I've been using this lip product as my go-to MLBB (My Lips But Better) shade since my school days. Recently, I discovered that I have a deep undertone (though I can only pull off high-brightness shades with a hint of yellow-mute spring pale, plus I have fair skin). Therefore, this lip color is perfect for those with relatively light skin tones or deep undertones, as described on the website. It's great for a casual, effortless look. The result is incredibly natural-looking! I should mention that my lips have a slightly higher color saturation naturally. I actually threw this away when it expired, but I've repurchased it... That's how much I love it! If you use it for a long time, the opening area can get a bit messy. I never really paid attention to the scent when I was using it. - zb****Dry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMar 13, 2024
Quick summary: Despite a few drawbacks, the pros are outstanding - I'm extremely satisfied and want to buy every color! The 4th photo most closely resembles the actual color! Photo 4: Applied once, in sunlight Photo 5: Applied once, indoors Photo 6: After 2 rounds of drinks, 3 applications, and a big laugh at home (wrinkles more visible) I bought this for when I go to the gym bare-faced, as my natural lip color is too light. It's exactly the shade I wanted - I'm thrilled! Interestingly, the color visibly changes with each layer. I initially wanted the color after one application, but I also like how it looks when layered! I tested it on the back of my hand and noticed some transfer when drinking water, so I thought it might not be a true lip stain. But... It was amazing on a night out! After eating cream pasta, then drinking, I had consumed food and drinks for quite a while. I reapplied every time I looked in the mirror, totaling 3 applications. From a woman's perspective, it didn't wear off to the point of thinking 'Oh no, what happened to my lips!!' It was more like 'Hmm, it's lasting better than expected, but I'll touch up anyway.' Men who aren't into cosmetics probably wouldn't even notice it had faded. Highly recommended! There are a few downsides: 1. It emphasizes dead skin cells (lol) I used sheet masks for 5 days before a date, worried about flaky skin, but there was still a bit (haha). It's not severe, just slightly annoying. 2. If you apply multiple layers and smile widely, it can look quite matte, emphasizing lip lines. I end up applying a tinted lip balm on top. 3. There's a clear line between the inner part of the lips and the outer part. The shade I bought is light, but with darker colors, you might risk looking like you have ring around your mouth. I want to buy more colors but I'm hesitant. HOWEVER, the pros far outweigh these cons, so I'll definitely repurchase! On dates, I worry less about my lips in front of my boyfriend. Even when I want to check a mirror, I can resist, thinking 'BBIA... I trust you... You're still there, right?' When applying, don't just rub your lips together on the surface. Move your mouth as if you're softening the lip line, including the inner part! Otherwise, the border is too noticeable. Use sheet masks well in advance for important days, but even then, it may emphasize dead skin cells. - 31******Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMar 2, 2024
I really liked that the color when applied was similar to what's shown on the official website As time passes, the lip color just turns pink, so you need to reapply frequently - dl*********Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsRednessRecommendedDec 9, 2023
I've gone through over 10 tubes of Jinny Boss... I'd cry if it's discontinued! The shade is the closest match to my natural lip color, so it's my go-to for work and daily wear. It looks incredibly natural, and while many say it has a deep undertone, it suits me perfectly even though I have cool undertones - it gives me such a sophisticated look! The texture is a comfortably powdery matte, and since the redesign, it's become more compact, making it great for on-the-go. After reapplying multiple times, it leaves a slightly pink stain on my lips. And the packaging... While it's improved a bit with the redesign, it still tends to leak as you use it. It's a mess - getting on clothes, hands, and bags! You can prevent leaks by regularly wiping it clean, though. Matte formulas can be tricky in winter, so I like to apply it over a Burt's* lip balm. This makes the color appear even more natural, which is why it's become my favorite method of application. - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedSep 4, 2023
I love matte tints, and this one had exactly the matte finish I was looking for. I didn't find any particular downsides. However, it's quite matte, so those with dry skin might experience some flaking. The deep undertone has a slight pink hue when applied. If you layer a brownish or earthy-colored eyeshadow on top, you can achieve a perfect deep undertone brick shade!
