It's just the natural fragrance of the ingredients, so it's not off-putting at all. There's minimal oiliness, and the fluid texture allows for generous application without feeling heavy. Having previously used retinoid products for antioxidant purposes, I found this much gentler and easier to use. While products with many active ingredients often come with pros and cons, this one doesn't have any notable drawbacks. I've experienced burning sensations or severe dryness with other antioxidant products, but this one is free from such issues, making it very user-friendly. As someone blessed with both vertical and horizontal pores, I didn't notice significant pore-tightening effects. However, it's definitely effective for improving skin texture. After about 3-4 days, I could feel my skin was noticeably smoother and more refined in the mornings. For dry seasons like winter and spring, you might want to pair it with richer skincare products rather than using it alone. In humid, oily seasons like summer, this product combined with a light gel cream should suffice.
ConsLike most antioxidant products, long-term use is key, so after just a week of use, I didn't see any dramatic improvements in pores or wrinkles. Also, given the current market's abundance of simple, affordable antioxidant products, I might not specifically choose this one unless I had particularly sensitive skin. It takes a bit of time to absorb. If you apply sunscreen before it's fully absorbed, it might pill, so make sure it's completely soaked in before layering other products.
