After seeing foreign beauty gurus rave about it on TikTok, I decided to give it a try. I must say, the lengthening effect is truly impressive! It makes your lashes look distinctly longer and more lifted. You can actually see each lash getting longer, which should be quite satisfying for those looking for a lengthening mascara! The built-in brush has just the right tension, making it comfortable to use. The shape of the brush fits well with the eye contour, allowing for easy application without clumping. The formula feels quite thick and heavy when applied, which caused my lashes to droop rather than add volume, especially on my monolids with naturally less lash strength. As time passes, there's a slight sagging effect. Being someone with monolids, I might be more sensitive to this issue. And yes, there is smudging. I hate to say it, but it's there. Even when used with a fixer, I occasionally ended up with panda eyes by evening. I wouldn't recommend this for those with oily under-eye areas or if you're in humid environments where your mask creates moisture. Given the heavy consistency, controlling the amount is crucial. It's absolutely essential to regulate the product on the brush to minimize smudging and drooping. I'd recommend applying it lightly in two layers. Personally, I'm satisfied with the lengthening effect but have to accept the smudging as a trade-off. For those with combination to oily skin and monolids, I'd suggest using this for short outings rather than as a daily mascara. The design is beautiful and it absorbs well. It lasts for a long time. If you accidentally get it under your eyes, it's hard to remove. The brush is made of hard plastic, so it can be quite painful if it pokes your eye. It tends to clump and feels heavy on the skin.

While results may vary, I found that the curl held until the end of the day without any drooping. Those who prefer mascaras that create a more voluminous, clumped look might find this product disappointing. Start by applying in a zigzag motion at the roots, then brush upwards. Next, lightly touch and coat the tips of your inner lashes. Finally, comb through as if you're brushing your hair for a clean, polished look.

I love how it instantly fixes my lashes in place as soon as I apply it. The staying power is excellent too. It definitely makes my eyes look more defined when I use it. There's a bit of clumping. Curling: You can see it just from the photo, right? I didn't use any lash primer, this is just with the mascara alone... wow! I was on the hunt for a great mascara and tried Etude House's since everyone raved about it. But it clumped and was hard to control, making me almost give up on mascara altogether. Then I discovered Maybelline New York's mascara, and I've been using it almost daily! To be honest, I wanted to see if this product really curled well and lasted long, so I tried many other mascaras too. But in the end, I always come back to this one. When I first saw it, the packaging caught my eye, but now it's my holy grail. The unique wand shape was intriguing and actually makes it easier to control the amount. A perfect mascara that combines lightness, longevity, and a clean finish. The application is noticeably different from other mascaras. It defines each lash tip very thinly and cleanly. It feels like it's applying a very thin layer of product to each individual lash. It glides on smoothly from root to tip without creating 'spider legs'. Great for achieving a natural look. The brush is also different from other mascaras, giving the sensation of combing through your lashes rather than applying product. It's convenient as you can style your lashes while applying the mascara. The curl-holding power is excellent. Being lightweight to begin with, it doesn't weigh down your lashes and maintains the curl for a long time. It's so light that it feels like you're not wearing anything. I used to dislike the foreign sensation of wearing mascara, but this product significantly reduces that feeling. Highly recommended for those with sensitive eyes. It doesn't have a lash-lengthening effect. Without fibers, it's difficult to make lashes appear fuller or longer. It's challenging to use on lower lashes. The brush is quite large, making it tricky to apply to the lower lashes. The long bristles on the brush made me worry that I might accidentally poke my eye if I'm not careful. Not suitable for dramatic makeup looks. This product is a natural-looking mascara, far from creating doll-like lashes. Highly recommended for those with naturally long lashes, those who prefer a natural makeup look, and those who want their eyes to feel comfortable. The black shade applies subtly, so I recommend the black color for those with cool skin tones.
