This sunscreen is my first Hepblue product, and I'm writing this review as a winner of The Hwahae Testers program. > Skin Type My skin type is combination dehydrated, and I have sensitive skin due to past dermatitis! > Application Unlike some other mineral sunscreens that can feel thick, this one applies smoothly considering it's a mineral sunscreen. It glides on effortlessly! > White Cast As a mineral sunscreen, it does have a white cast, but due to the guaiazulene ingredient, there's a very slight blue tint! It's not noticeable enough to be bothersome, and those with naturally fair skin might not even notice the white cast. For my neutral tone 21 skin, it felt like a slight brightening effect. > Product Design The thin, elongated design makes it easy to carry, and the narrow opening of the tube allows you to squeeze out just the right amount, which I really appreciate! > Blemishes Despite my sensitive skin, I didn't experience any blemishes while using this! > Scent It feels almost unscented, so there's no discomfort when using it. > Texture The texture is neither too thick nor too runny - it's just right with a creamy feel that applies evenly and smoothly. > Pore-clogging It doesn't clog pores at all!
Cons> Deep Dryness Maybe it's because I have combination dehydrated skin with some deep dryness on my cheeks, but while it felt moisturizing and smooth at first, I noticed some deep dryness as time passed. > Price While I was fortunate to receive this for free as a Hwahae Tester, considering that sunscreen is used daily, the price might be a bit burdensome for regular purchases.
TipRegarding the deep dryness I mentioned, I think if you layer your skincare properly before applying the sunscreen, it should be sufficient to cover that issue. Also, I believe the rich feel of sunscreen is unavoidable. If you apply your skincare thoroughly and finish with powder, you should be able to use this product more effectively.

Since wearing masks, I've had more blemishes on my chin and cheeks. Now I'm just getting small, red bumps. My sensitive skin tends to break out easily with new products. ✔ My current foam cleansers: 1. Morning - Round A'Round Green Tea Low pH Cleansing Foam 2. Evening - Care Zone Calming Relief Acne Foam ✔ My current sunscreen: Etude Soon Jung Director Moisture Sun Cream 👍 Application and texture: Despite my extremely oily T-zone and severely dehydrated U-zone (even in summer), this applies quite nicely. It doesn't feel like typical mineral sunscreen - the texture and feel are much more pleasant. 👍 Brightening effect: It provides a natural brightening effect. I've been looking for a brightening moisturizer lately, and this could be a great option. 👍 Product amount: The generous size means it'll last a while, allowing for liberal application.
Cons🙃 Hydration: While it doesn't feel like typical mineral sunscreen, it still ends up feeling dry and causes deep dryness. You'll need to layer on the hydrating skincare products underneath.

Usually, mineral sunscreens are thick and can clump when applied by hand, but this one spreads smoothly even with fingers! It's described as giving a slight brightening effect, which I found pleasantly subtle and not overwhelming. The long, round nozzle makes it easy to apply directly to the face. While it may feel dry underneath, it gives a clean finish to the skin without looking cakey on the surface.
ConsIt feels moisturizing when applying, but the finish is matte and a bit drying. Even with a solid skincare routine, I could feel some deep dryness. It's marketed as suitable for use under makeup, but perhaps due to the dryness, my makeup didn't sit well on top of it. For pre-makeup application, I'd prefer a more hydrating sunscreen.
TipI compared it to the Espoir tone-up sunscreen I've been using: Hydration: Espoir > Hav Blue Brightening effect: Espoir > Hav Blue (Espoir gives a more noticeable brightening) Absorbs well: Espoir < Hav Blue Skin finish: Espoir < Hav Blue (Espoir tends to apply patchily) Pre-makeup use: Neither Espoir nor Hav Blue recommended (Personally, I've never had success with white-cast sunscreens under makeup, so I don't recommend it)

Applies smoothly and feels fresh! Application: Smooth cream-type that absorbs well Non-greasy and non-sticky, perfect for summer use Also has a brightening effect, great for bare-faced days! Initially appears white due to the mineral sunscreen (Apply in two layers) As you can see in the second photo, when spread evenly It absorbs completely, matching my complexion
ConsIt's on the pricier side. After a while, you might feel some deep dryness Due to its low oil content, it might be drying in winter Need to apply a solid skincare base to prevent dryness Wish it had a bit more richness... it's too drying
