I really like the Dear Klairs brand and the facial toner I received as a sample was so good that I ended up purchasing it. It was moisturizing and gentle, and worked really well for me.

Pros
My friend recommended this product to me as I was struggling with dehydrated skin. I usually don't use toners, but I love this one so much that I've stocked up on three bottles haha. If you're also dealing with dehydrated skin, I really recommend trying this out! It's completely non-irritating.
Cons
Sometimes when I apply too much at once, it turns into a white liquid and my face doesn't absorb it well... I'm not sure why that happens.

I discovered and purchased this mild toner, and I feel like I've used at least 3-4 bottles of it. At first, it felt a bit sticky, but after applying it, the stickiness goes away. It doesn't seem to have any particular effects, but it provides adequate hydration and doesn't cause any breakouts. Since I have oily skin and tend to get acne easily, this toner has worked well for me, so I've used it for a long time.
Cons
There is a slight stickiness at first, so it can be a bit difficult to apply smoothly. I'm worried that it might cause breakouts if my skin gets oily. As a watery toner, it wasn't the best option for my skin type.

I've been purchasing and using this product since around 2017. It's gentle and does a great job of providing moisture, so I really like it.

There's really nothing I'm dissatisfied with. If I had to nitpick, I guess I'd say it would be nice if they offered a larger size or a travel-sized version...
