A basic toner that I've been using for nearly 10 years. I've probably used around 40-50 bottles. The formula has a slightly textured feel, so it's better to scoop it out with your hands and apply generously rather than using a cotton pad. It's not too runny and has a good viscosity, making it easy to apply. It helps with dryness and clogged pores, and I haven't found anything better than this.
