The texture is wonderfully moisturizing without any stickiness, making it perfect for summer use. I personally dislike heavy products on my skin, so I absolutely love how lightweight this feels! There's a slight white cast that remains around the eyebrow area. However, it doesn't make your skin look unnaturally or excessively white. - su******Combination SkinSensitive SkinAtopic SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessRecommendedJun 10, 2025
It seems gentle on my super sensitive skin without causing irritation. The texture is average. There's a slight rich feeling, but it's not unpleasant. I don't notice any particular drawbacks. - mj*****Dehydrated SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessEnlarged PoresRecommendedJun 7, 2025
Absorbs well and doesn't leave much of a white cast. Even after a while, my skin didn't feel stuffy, and I didn't experience any blemishes popping up. I have oily skin, and when I applied it in the morning, I noticed some oiliness coming through by the afternoon. However, it didn't become excessively greasy to the point of feeling uncomfortable. Still, it might be a bit inconvenient to use during summer. - dk*********Combination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedJun 7, 2025
I'm impressed! Among physical sunscreens, this one seems to have exceptional absorption. I'll definitely be stocking up on a few of these. I wish they offered a larger size option. The sale price is attractive, though. It's great to find a physical sunscreen that absorbs well into the skin. The texture is often a concern with mineral-based sun protection, but this one appears to be a standout. As for the size, while a larger volume would be convenient for daily use, the current packaging might be perfect for travel or on-the-go touch-ups. Keep an eye out for those sales to get the best value! - po*****Dry SkinSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessRecommendedJun 7, 2025
As it's a mineral sunscreen, I expected it to be thick, but it's surprisingly smooth and applies as nicely as a hydrating cream. There's hardly any white cast either. It's also fragrance-free and quite suitable for everyday use. In the hot summer, it tends to wash off with sweat, so you need to reapply it several times. Other than that, it's great for regular use. This sunscreen works hard to protect your skin while feeling light and comfortable. It absorbs well without leaving a sticky residue, making it ideal for those with sensitive skin or anyone looking for a gentle, effective sun protection option. - dk********Dry SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsWrinkles/ElasticityRecommendedJun 5, 2025
I was lucky enough to be selected as a Hwahae Tester and got to try this product! About the mineral sunscreen: - No white cast typically associated with mineral sunscreens - it doesn't leave any residue! - The texture is thicker than expected, but it feels great when applying - After application, my skin feels pleasantly matte, which I love The mineral sunscreen ingredients are known to: - Reduce skin irritation - Provide immediate UV protection upon application My middle school daughters quickly pat it on in the morning when they're in a rush. We're all so pleased that it's not sticky at all! There's nothing particularly disappointing about this product! Even with my dry skin, I'm satisfied. As someone with dry skin, I find this sunscreen works well for me. It's great to see a product that caters to different skin types and doesn't cause issues for those of us with drier complexions. - my*******Dehydrated SkinRecommendedJun 5, 2025
I've been using this for over two weeks now. As someone with sensitive combination skin, I'm prone to blemishes when switching cosmetics, and I even break out around my chin just from applying cushion foundation - that's how troublesome my skin is. I've had issues with many sunscreens, so I always research ingredients and opt for gentle formulas. Organic UV filters invariably cause breakouts for me, so I stick to mineral sunscreens despite the white cast. I'm particularly sensitive around my eyes, so I usually can't apply sunscreen there and rely on UV-protective glasses instead. The best thing about Deokman's mineral sunscreen is that it doesn't irritate my eyes at all! Even other mineral sunscreens caused some discomfort, but with this one, there's absolutely no stinging. That alone was enough for me to make it my go-to product. My previous sunscreen, Cell Fusion C, was less irritating but quite thick, causing dryness and emphasizing fine lines around my eyes over time. Deokman's formula doesn't have this issue, making it comfortable to apply around the eye area. After two weeks of use, I haven't experienced any blemishes. The sunscreen absorbs well and feels hydrating without becoming greasy over time. There's an initial white cast, but I actually like how it evens my skin tone. The cast disappears after about an hour anyway. Personally, I'm very satisfied with Deokman's mineral sunscreen and would recommend it. There weren't any negatives for me. This product ticked all the boxes I look for in a sunscreen! - dn*******Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsRecommendedJun 4, 2025
I love that this product is gentle and doesn't cause any blemishes. I have skin that's prone to breakouts. There weren't any issues. I haven't experienced any discomfort while using it, so I'm still happily using the product. Make sure to apply plenty of sunscreen. That's how you get the best protection! - ki********Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRednessRecommendedJun 2, 2025
Skin type: Rosacea, 1-2 folliculitis spots, oily, super sensitive, prone to redness As someone who's always on the hunt for the perfect sunscreen, this one's a pretty good match. It doesn't cause any blemishes and my skin feels comfortable overall. Having rosacea means I often break out in tiny bumps when using products that don't agree with me, but I don't see that happening here. There's minimal white cast and it provides a natural brightening effect. I do notice a couple of tiny bumps appearing on my forehead. I suspect it's because the zinc ingredient doesn't quite agree with my skin. But since mineral sunscreens have to use zinc, there's not much we can do about that, unfortunately. - 93***Dry SkinSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresRednessRecommendedJun 1, 2025
This sunscreen has an excellent absorbs that doesn't feel like typical mineral sunscreens. It goes on moisturizing with some initial white cast, but finishes slightly powdery after application. The white cast also naturally fades to some extent. Personally, I didn't experience any eye irritation. Make sure to double cleanse. Due to the nature of mineral sunscreens, a single cleanse isn't sufficient. It's also suitable for reapplication. I used to reapply it, but lately, I've been looking for a sun stick for touch-ups as I dislike getting it on my hands. However, I haven't decided on one yet. There aren't any particular drawbacks. It doesn't cause blemishes, and I have no reasons to not recommend it. The common advice is to use about two finger-lengths of product. Instead of applying it all at once, layer it in multiple thin coats to minimize the white cast.
