It feels soft and velvety to the touch, and you can even see a subtle glow when looking in the mirror, so those who prefer a matte, powdery finish may find it a bit lacking. However, the sebum control is excellent - it takes a very long time for any shine to appear. At first, it coats the skin with a completely powdery, matte finish, and the areas that don't produce much oil maintain that look, while the oily areas start to get a bit dewy around 12pm, about 4 hours after application. It's truly impressive and incredibly satisfying.

I tried the About Tone Blur Powder Pact after hearing a lot of good things about it from those around me! It feels like a premium version of the no-sebum powder, and despite being in powder form, it doesn't have excessive powder fallout, which I liked. It does a great job of controlling oil. I wouldn't recommend the Hwahae makeup that makes your skin extremely powdery. It's just on a completely different level in terms of how finely milled the powder is. If you have dry skin or prefer a slightly dewy skin finish, I'd highly recommend it. But I wouldn't suggest it for oily skin types.
