I used to use a low pH gel cleanser, but it didn't seem to tackle my blackheads effectively. So I decided to give this a try for a week. After cleansing, my skin doesn't feel tight, and it leaves a refreshing finish.
ConsThe fragrance is quite artificial. There wasn't any dramatic improvement in pore appearance. While it removes eyeshadow well, there's still some residue left when it comes to mascara.
TipThis seems more suitable for summer use rather than winter. It works great as a cleanser when you've only applied sunscreen.

As someone with dry skin, I haven't used a product that leaves my skin feeling squeaky clean in a long time. Surprisingly, there's almost no feeling of tightness, and it's refreshing to cleanse with this product again. Only a small amount is needed to create sufficient foam, and it lathers up quickly with abundant bubbles. It's so convenient! The plentiful fine bubbles allow for gentle cleansing without irritation, and it rinses off quickly. I highly recommend it! It's especially great for those who find cleansing a chore.
ConsIf there's one downside, it's that while it seems to be unscented, there's a slight artificial fragrance that's reminiscent of mint, but not as refreshing. It can also cause a slight tingling sensation if it gets in your eyes.
TipWhen using a face brush, I used to put the foam on the brush for rolling, but with this product, you can apply it directly to the brush. It lathers up quickly, so there's no need to create foam separately. It's incredibly convenient!

I was concerned it might irritate my skin or cause a reaction. However, since I have combination dehydrated skin, I've heard it's good to use a mildly alkaline foam cleanser occasionally. So, I tried it as soon as I got it. The verdict? I'm absolutely thrilled! I used it as my second cleanser in the evening routine almost every day for a week, or sometimes as my only cleanser when I stayed home (I use a low pH cleanser in the morning). Among all the mildly alkaline cleansers I've tried, this one caused the least irritation. I'm particularly sensitive during the cleansing step, but with this, I only felt a slight tingling around my eyebrows, which disappeared completely after rinsing. Texture and feel: It doesn't produce extremely dense, rich foam, but that's actually better for me. I find that thick, creamy foam tends to irritate my skin more, often causing a burning sensation. I'm very satisfied with the gentle, soft foam that allows for a gentle massage. The cleansing effectiveness is great, and most importantly, it significantly reduced my whiteheads. I typically have tiny whiteheads on my forehead, between my brows, nose, nostrils, and chin. After using this for a few days, I noticed a visible reduction, especially on my forehead and chin. Before, when I wore makeup or sunscreen, I could clearly see these blemishes after a few hours. Now, they're barely visible or much less noticeable. My skin texture has also improved considerably. Interestingly, I used this during my pre-menstrual period when I usually get chin breakouts, but they remained calm and quietly disappeared. I highly recommend this for those with sensitive skin but oily T-zones or combination dehydrated skin!
ConsIf I had to nitpick, the scent is slightly disappointing. My initial reaction was, 'Oh no, it smells too chemical!' It was a bit scary at first. It's hard to describe - maybe like a rubber smell? It's a scent I've never encountered in a foam cleanser before. However, since I actually prefer products without fragrances (due to allergies), I consider this a good find and plan to keep using it. Those who prefer pleasantly scented products might find this challenging.
TipI've always stuck to low pH cleansers due to my sensitive skin, but alternating with this mildly alkaline cleanser has dramatically improved my skin texture. My skin is thin, so I don't usually exfoliate. When I was only using low pH cleansers, my skin sometimes felt rough. Now, I think I can gently manage dead skin cells and excess oil daily with this product. Don't limit yourself to just low pH cleansers if you have sensitive skin. I recommend trying a mildly alkaline cleanser like this 3-4 times a week for oil control. It works hard to keep your skin balanced!

They were known for frequent half-price sales or buy-one-get-one-free deals both online and offline. This whip cleanser, in particular, often had amazing 3-for-1 offers online. What really impressed me was that even after rebranding, they kept the generous 175ml size. It's refreshing to see a brand maintain its large volume during a revamp, unlike many others that downsize (I'm looking at you, Amore!). The tube design is thoughtfully crafted with a protruding nozzle, allowing you to dispense just the right amount without product residue on the container. Such attention to detail is commendable. Post-cleansing, my skin feels squeaky clean without any tightness, and it seems to effectively remove impurities. The way it perfectly embodies the concept of 'mildly alkaline' with its refreshing yet non-drying feel makes it worth every penny in my book.
ConsOn the flip side, using my usual amount only produces a standard foam, not quite reaching that whipped cream consistency. You need to use a bit more than usual to achieve that whipped texture, which is slightly disappointing. This might be why using a foam net is often suggested as a tip for this product. Another letdown is the scent. It has that distinctly artificial, chemical-like fragrance typical of some cosmetics. I was under the impression that most modern cleansers, even from non-natural brands, have been moving away from such strong synthetic scents. I can't fully justify why this product needs such a fragrance, which is why I couldn't give it a perfect 5-star rating. It's particularly surprising to find myself critiquing the scent of a product from such a major brand.
