It used to be three capsules, but after the renewal it's two capsules!! As someone who can't swallow pills, this is the best thing ever ㅋㅋㅋ The pills don't have any smell and have a size and flavor that I can swallow without any resistance. I trusted that it was an Amore Pacific product and was also curious about this well-known product! I make sure to take it after overeating. I'm currently on a diet, so I don't take it as often, but I always have it on hand when I'm eating out for an event. It's also convenient to carry around, and it's always in my bag!! However, I still think supplements are just supplements, so I'm also drinking a lot of water, exercising, and controlling my diet.
