  Pros

  The pills are really tiny! They're smoothly coated, so you can easily swallow three at once. On days when constipation is bad, taking two pills... and within a few hours, you're heading straight to the bathroom!

  Cons

  I wish the packaging had individual snap-off sections. Even if they reduced the number of pills and made them larger, single-use packaging would have been great for travel. It's a bit disappointing. The price varies across different social commerce sites, so I often find myself hunting for hot deals. I'd prefer if they had a fixed price system instead.

  Tip

  After taking them for a few weeks... I recommend taking them after meals or between meals on days when you've eaten a lot of greasy food, rather than daily. It's more about post-meal relief than prevention. The next day, you'll have a satisfying bowel movement.

  Pros

  Features: Green tea catechins help improve body fat composition Formulation: Moderately sized pills, not too large. Taking 3 per day is manageable. Easy to swallow with a cute, compact size. Green in color with a smooth surface, no noticeable taste or smell. Ingredients: Specially coated with 'enteric coating' that doesn't dissolve in stomach acid, but rather in specific pH or intestinal conditions. (Enteric coating prevents bloating or heartburn). Contains 300mg of green tea catechins, providing antioxidant effects and helping reduce body fat. (Particularly effective in improving cholesterol levels) After finishing, the vinyl packaging can be easily removed for recycling. (I've noticed an increase in bathroom visits since I started taking these compared to before.)

  Cons

  I didn't see any dramatic effects on weight loss. Contains caffeine which may cause insomnia!

  Takes up minimal space in your purse or bag, making it convenient to carry around.

  Pros

  It's a gentle product that's easy to take consistently. The capsules are small and smooth, making them easy to swallow. I liked that the capsule coating prevents any bitter taste even if it touches your tongue briefly.

  Cons

  The downside is that since catechin is the main ingredient, it won't lead to weight loss on its own. You still need to control your diet and exercise. Also, the price is quite steep...

  Tip

  I make sure to take it without fail after eating greasy food or late-night snacks!
