I bought it because I gained a lot of weight. I've eaten it before too. While I haven't lost weight, I feel like I'm gaining less weight. On days when I overeat, it makes my stomach feel less full compared to days when I don't eat it!

The pills are small and easy to take! I'm not sure if I'm losing a lot of weight, but I've definitely seen some effects in maintaining my weight. When I overeat or have a late-night snack, taking them helps calm my mind.. haha

Pros
Eating carbohydrate-containing foods and then taking one of these makes me feel full and content. The next day, I also feel less bloated. I usually experience severe bloating, and it gets even worse after eating late-night snacks, but after taking this, my eyes are noticeably less puffy the next day!! It's great that they're individually packaged, so it's easy to carry them around.
Cons
But I guess it varies from person to person - I didn't experience the 100% bathroom effect that I was hoping for ㅜㅜ I need to be able to fully empty my bowels.
Tip
Even though it costs more, I highly recommend the individually packaged version over the bulk one!! It's more portable and convenient, and the bulk version is constantly exposed to air, which makes it more susceptible to humidity changes ㅠㅜ I wouldn't recommend the bulk version.

I took one capsule whenever I overate or consumed a lot of carbohydrates. Although there are 3 capsules, the size was not burdensome. I took them consistently for about 2-3 months, and they do seem to have helped with weight maintenance.
Cons
