Pros
I was using the basic Lactobacillus product, but I got tempted by the pretty packaging and the advertisement claiming it helps with dieting, so I decided to try it. I personally enjoyed this product as it has a more sour taste compared to other probiotics. Since it contains garcinia, I suppose I saw the effects of 1g...? Probiotics are just friends to be enjoyed for their taste.
Cons
Given that this is a 2-capsule daily product, it does feel more expensive than other probiotics. Others are 1 capsule per day, but this one is more expensive while also being 2 capsules, so it gets used up quickly - a bit of a magic trick. The zinc content is 30% of the daily value, which I think is adequate, but those who are deficient may need to supplement more. I personally don't really believe in diet products, so I bought this without any particular expectations or beliefs, and it was fine, but those who purchase it with expectations may be disappointed if they don't feel the effects.
