Additionally, while individual perceptions may vary, I found the aroma to be too artificial and reminiscent of nail polish remover, which was disappointing.

Although there were no issues with it normally, I have been taking probiotics to help with gut health and for preventive purposes, and I was pleased that it dissolved well in my mouth.

I've also been following a diet, but there hasn't been any significant change...haha. It may vary from person to person, but for me, just getting rid of constipation is satisfying enough.
