I have been consistently taking one capsule every morning and evening.

Although there were no issues with it normally, I have been taking probiotics to help with gut health and for preventive purposes, and I was pleased that it dissolved well in my mouth.

I've also been following a diet, but there hasn't been any significant change...haha. It may vary from person to person, but for me, just getting rid of constipation is satisfying enough.

Also, I'm not sure if it's the cause, but ever since I switched probiotics, I've been having diarrhea every morning.


I chose this product because it contains garcinia ingredients, which I hope will provide me with at least a little bit of help. I also like that it has a higher guaranteed number of probiotics compared to other cheaper probiotic brands. It's also easy to take.
