Pros
The biggest advantage is that it's easy to eat. It seems like the most accessible product for beginners of probiotics. I usually just buy the Gold, but I tried the Core because the price was good, and it has a grape flavor which is new.
Cons
I tried it as a gift, but honestly I didn't see any effects from either the Gold or the Core. The internal plastic packaging seems to be excessive.

Pros
The Lactobio Core!! After trying the Gold, I decided to also try the Core. Lactobio doesn't have an unpleasant taste or smell, which I really enjoy. The size is also great for carrying multiple in my bag.
Cons
I don't have any complaints. However, when I stop taking it, it seems like I get constipated - is that just in my head?
