When taking probiotics, if you can even slightly taste the powdery medicine flavor, you tend to not want to eat it. But this one is sweetly delicious, so I think anyone can enjoy it well. It's packaged in individual servings, so it's also good to carry around and eat on the go.
Cons
If the serving size per packet is not predetermined, I wish there were packets with a larger amount. I often want to eat two servings a day, so I'd like to be able to just eat two packets combined in one go.

I've been taking it consistently for about 2 years now. First of all, the price is affordable, so I can eat it without burden. It's a powder type and sweet, so there was no discomfort in eating it. I've been taking this product consistently even during my pregnancy. Normally, when pregnant, people tend to get constipated due to iron supplements, but I didn't have any constipation issues at all. 👍🏻👍🏻

It seemed to work well for me, but not so much for my husband. The effectiveness seems to vary from person to person. The sweet taste was good for eating, but it seemed to have some sugar in it, which was a bit disappointing.

I've tried the gold and the core, but there's hardly any taste difference! It's sweet and nice to eat.
