It's a powdered probiotic supplement with a pleasantly tart and sweet taste that's easy for people of all ages to enjoy. 2. It's highly portable. The individual sachets make it convenient to carry and consume on the go. 3. There's no risk of spoilage. Unlike capsule probiotics that can degrade at room temperature, the powdered Lactobfit formula doesn't have that concern.
Cons
Just like the Gold version, I didn't see any significant effects from taking the probiotic supplement. After not getting results with the Gold, I switched to the Core, but still didn't experience any benefits, so I ended up trying a different probiotic.
