  Pros

  I've been taking this product for a year now, as I felt the need for an eye supplement due to the fatigue I experience from long hours of looking at my laptop and documents. Effectiveness: While there's no dramatic effect, I believe it's not harmful to take it consistently. Scent: There's a slight fishy smell after taking it, but it's not overpowering. The capsules are small, making them easy to swallow, so I think it's a supplement that anyone can take without difficulty. There's no set time for taking lutein, so it might be good to take one along with your other supplements.

  The slight fishy smell after taking it is a minor drawback. Also, the lack of dramatic effects could be seen as a downside, but then again, we don't usually take supplements expecting huge results, do we? I still recommend it.

  Pros

  The capsules are small, making them super easy to swallow! They go down smoothly without getting stuck in your throat. Even if you burp, there's no weird aftertaste - it's all very clean. I was a bit skeptical at first because it's cheaper than other lutein supplements, but it turns out to be great value for money!

  There wasn't anything particularly bad about it! Just remember to take it consistently - that's how you'll see results!
