  Pros

  Taking these has really reduced my eye dryness. It's amazing that I can wear contact lenses without feeling any discomfort!

  Cons

  There's not really anything to complain about. The only slight inconvenience is remembering to take them every day...

  Pros

  As you can see from the photo, these capsules are smaller than a fingertip, making them easy to swallow. After taking them consistently for about two weeks, I noticed a slight improvement in my dry eye symptoms. However, I can't attribute the improvement entirely to this product, as I also made some lifestyle changes during this time.

  Cons

  I'm not sure why there's an orange section at the top of the packaging. Although it can be removed, it seems wasteful.

  Pros

  I've seen great results after taking these. My severe dry eye syndrome has noticeably improved to the point where I can really feel the difference.

  Cons

  There's nothing particularly bad to mention. In fact, I've only experienced positive effects and I keep repurchasing it.

  Pros

  Great for taking care of eye health at an affordable price. While lutein may not have a significant impact on eye health, I've been taking it consistently for a few years due to severe dry eyes and eye strain. I'm satisfied that my condition hasn't worsened.

  Cons

  There's nothing particularly disappointing about this product. I occasionally do eye cleansing as well. For those with severe dry eyes and a feeling of foreign objects in their eyes, I recommend trying eye washing with an eye wash solution and using an eye bath. I didn't get much help from cleansing tissues for the meibomian glands, but washing my eyes directly with an eye wash solution after waking up feels refreshing.

  Pros

  I've found that consistently taking lutein definitely benefits eye health. I'd recommend it for those with dry eyes or eye discomfort.

  Cons

  There's not really anything to complain about. Perhaps the scent, if you're sensitive to smells...

  You need to take it regularly to see results!
