That's why it's more enjoyable to gulp it down rather than sipping it slowly. I'm not sure if it really works. After drinking this, my heart races and my head pounds as if I've had alcohol. It also makes me feel nauseous and lightheaded. Should I not drink it on an empty stomach? Just now, after drinking about half, my friend told me my face was red. I looked in the mirror and sure enough, my face was flushed and I felt queasy, so I came straight here to write this review. I used to spend more time on the toilet than on my diet, but after taking this, I'm in and out of the bathroom in a minute. I love it so much I make sure to take it regularly. I can't really think of any downsides. If I had to pick something, it might be the price. I'm taking this along with Collagen Cut. But remember, for effective weight loss, you need to combine it with a proper diet and exercise. Personally, I found it delicious. It tastes like pomegranate, but sweeter than expected with a fruity tea-like flavor. The taste is quite strong, so you can dilute it with a lot of water. Even when mixed with over a liter of water per packet, it still tasted great. While I'm not sure about its effectiveness, it seems like a good option for consistent self-care. I tried it after receiving it from a friend, and as someone who loves all Foodology products, I really enjoyed this one too. If I get the chance, I'd like to buy and try it myself. I recommend it - it's worth purchasing and trying at least once. As a fan of Radio Star, I decided to give it a try. I wasn't expecting any miraculous effects, and honestly, I'm not sure if I noticed any significant changes. It's quite pricey, even when it's on sale. If you don't drink enough water, it can taste bitter. I received this as a gift from a friend when I needed to lose weight this summer. The individual packaging is convenient for carrying in my bag. It also worked wonders for my bathroom visits! The taste is quite unpleasant. I mix one packet with 500ml of water and drink it in the morning, but struggling to finish the last 100ml is a real ordeal. It reminds me of drinking colonoscopy prep in the morning. It was incredibly difficult to finish the entire box, and I didn't lose any weight at all. The only effect was frequent bathroom trips, which became inconvenient. You can get it at a great price during sales. The large quantity is perfect for quenching your thirst. Personally, I find the taste unpleasant and struggle to drink it. It seems to be a matter of individual preference. For me, it's really not tasty at all.

I definitely noticed more regular bowel movements and felt like I was losing water weight. While I can't say it's delicious, the taste is interesting - slightly bitter and unfamiliar. It seems to work especially well for someone like me with lots of toxins, as I didn't gain weight even while eating normally. If you don't mix it with plenty of water, it's too bitter and the strong flavor can actually upset your stomach. It's best to dilute it well and drink it like you're having a lot of water.
