  Pros

  Usually, supplement powders tend to be quite bitter, but I really enjoyed how sweet this one was.

  Cons

  There's more powder than I expected, which creates a lot of excess dust. It tends to fall into my mouth, making me cough.

  I bought this to take care of my skin and hair. Not entirely sure if it's effective though.
