Pros

Although the test period was short, I'm not sure about the effects on wrinkles or elasticity, but I saw a significant effect on 'moisture'. Specific Effects This winter, I felt an unusual dryness. I started taking it from March 2022. It dissolves well when poured into my mouth, and there are many positive reviews saying it tastes good, but I personally don't find it very tasty, though it's still edible.
