The taste is pretty good. It's not too sweet or bitter, and it's easy to eat! Many people say that biotin is a nutritional supplement that's good for hair health. People with hair loss should take around 5000mcg to see effects, and those who haven't experienced much hair loss yet should take around 1000mcg as a lighter dose. I've been taking one packet per day since the end of January. My hair is long, and when I wash it, an enormous amount of hair falls out, but I feel like my hair is falling out less than usual. I'm not sure if it's because of this product, though!

While I'm not entirely sure about the increase in hair volume, it does seem to be effective in thickening the hair. Taking it together with brewer's yeast is also good for preventing hair loss. It also contains collagen, so it's convenient to consume them together. Collagen Force may have a fishy taste, but the pomegranate flavor completely masks any fishiness, which is great.
