I've heard that many people find it inconvenient to use the tweezers to take out the masks, but I found that if I just lightly scratch the surface with the tweezers, the masks come out one by one. You could try using it that way.

There wasn't really any downside, but... since I have sensitive skin, there was one time I used it without much thought when my skin was already irritated, and I did get some breakouts. This product isn't really meant for soothing, so it's probably better to use a separate soothing product when your skin is in that condition.

I always used to frown or smile when I was packing, which would cause wrinkles and I'd have to keep adjusting the position, and it was difficult to unfold and apply the folded mask, which was inconvenient. But with this product, I can just apply the part I need, and I'm relatively free from the issues I mentioned before, which I like.

Since this is my first time using it, I'm still getting used to it, and peeling off each sheet is a bit challenging at the moment.

I recently purchased this product to use morning and evening as a soothing treatment, as my face seems to have become reddened from irritation. After my morning cleansing, I apply it right away, and while it's working, I finish up my hair and makeup routine. It definitely helps my makeup apply more smoothly.

If you thoroughly wipe with toner and do a face pack, the moisturizing power seems to increase even more.

Since it's a collagen ampoule, the moisturizing power is good, but I felt a slight stickiness, so I had to wash my face before bed. Also, the scent kept coming up throughout use, and I didn't really like the fragrance.

I was selected as a Hwahae Trial Reviewer and have been using it consistently. Both the morning and night ampoules have a generous amount, which is great for moisturizing care. The sheet adheres well to the skin and doesn't easily fall off, which I like.

As you use it more, the product at the bottom becomes difficult to grab with tweezers, and it becomes slippery, which is a bit concerning for hygiene.

🙏 The included tweezers are not very comfortable to use. There must be a reason for the deep well, but it takes several attempts to grab the pad, and it can be a bit frustrating during a busy morning.
🙏 Due to the nature of the gauze pads, it's difficult to peel off just one. Often, multiple pads come off together, so I end up applying them to areas where I don't need to.

👍 It's so great!! After cleansing, just apply it and the skin becomes moisturized and supple.
👍 The wave-shaped pad adheres perfectly to the contours of the face, so it's very convenient to just put it on and do other things for a while.
👍 Without any special care, just applying it between the toner and cream gives the skin a radiant glow.

When taking out the masks, you can grab them from the edges instead of the middle to peel them off one by one.

I wish the mask opening was a bit wider, and the tweezers were just a little bit longer.

My skin type is completely dry, and if I apply anything oily or greasy, I get breakouts. But if I neglect moisture management even a little, I get those annoying pimples. So I use a hydration-focused line, and I have to pat it in really well for my skin to feel moisturized. If I just absorb it casually, my face feels tight.
Then I saw the Dewesome Collagen Dual Mask and first checked the ingredients, which turned out to be really great. So I immediately applied for it!
To be honest, I've accumulated so many skincare products that didn't work for my skin and ended up getting thrown away, so whenever I find something that seems suitable, I apply for these kinds of events just to try it out. Luckily, I was selected and used it for about 10 days.
When you open the lid, the morning and evening packs are separated, and there's a tweezer, so you can use it hygienically.
Inside, there's a wavy thin pad, and the pad wasn't irritating to my skin at all. It adhered really well, so I could do almost everything except jumping around with it on.
The pad is thinner than I expected, but it's soaked with a very bouncy collagen. The evening pack feels a bit more bouncy than the morning one.
The scent is not unpleasant, and most importantly, it suits my sensitive skin really well. It's so moisturizing!
I also prefer this type of customizable pad mask over regular face-shaped masks because it fits my face better. After using the mask and doing my skincare routine, my face glows all day. 
My coworkers even asked me what I put on my face because it looked better, and that made me feel great. So I started using it even more diligently.
At first, I had to use two pads together because my face was so dry, but now one pad is enough to make my face feel sufficiently moisturized.

The evening version has a heavier feel, so I recommend using it in the dry winter season rather than summer!

- The mask itself is good, but the case is a bit inconvenient..
When you insert the tweezers into the lid, it opens up slightly, creating a gap, and the ampoule was already leaking out before opening. It continues to seep out around the opening every time I open and close it.
- It's a bit difficult to pick up with the tweezers in a tight space.^^;
- The pad size is a bit small, which is a bit disappointing as it only covers one cheek.

The fact that it is divided into morning and night use is a great advantage, as you can use it appropriately according to your skin condition. 
As the name 'ampoule mask' suggests, the morning version has a thin, ampoule-like feel, while the evening version has a thick, highly concentrated ampoule feel.
There are no major issues with the ingredients, and the fragrance is not particularly bothersome.
Rather than a mask, it is closer in size and rectangular shape to a pad, allowing you to freely adjust the amount of use.

While not overly inconvenient, it can be a bit tricky to peel off the sheets one by one using tweezers, so you'll need to use your hands.

The Day & Night pack comes in two types, allowing you to use 1 pack per day.
The day pack is light, so it doesn't feel too heavy before makeup.
The night pack has plenty of essence, so it leaves your skin feeling moisturized.
The pack size is just right, with two sheets per cheek.
The pack texture is a bit unusual - after peeling it off, your face is left with a transparent, membrane-like or hard-boiled egg-like finish.
It's not sticky or tight, probably due to the collagen.


I put the product in the refrigerator as soon as it arrived.

For those who find the night type too rich, I recommend using less essence when applying it.

The tweezers are too weak, so it is difficult to pick up one sheet at a time.
The pad opening is narrow, and the essence gets stuck on the already weak tweezers, making them slippery and even harder to pick up.

The night type felt rich to me even though I have dry skin, and the absorption was a bit disappointing.

The pads are thin gauze pads, so there is not much weight when placed on the skin, which I liked.
I was worried that there might be some irritation when the pads absorb and dry, but I did not feel any irritation, which was good.
