There weren't really any downsides, but... hmm... I have sensitive combination dehydrated skin, and once when my skin was irritated, I used it without thinking and noticed some blemishes appearing. Since this product isn't specifically for soothing, it might be better to use a calming product separately in those situations.

I always found it uncomfortable when using sheet masks because I'd have to frown or smile, which could cause wrinkles, and I'd constantly need to adjust the mask or struggle with unfolding it. But with this product, I can target just the areas I need, and I'm relatively free from those issues I mentioned before, which is great.

As a Hwahae Tester winner, I've been using this consistently. The ample amount of serum in both morning and night masks allows for thorough hydration, which is a big plus. I also love how the sheet adheres well to the skin without easily falling off.

As you use more sheets, the ones at the bottom become slippery and difficult to grab with the provided tongs, which raises some hygiene concerns.

As a tester duo, my 20-something self with dry skin and my 50-something mother with oily skin tried this product together. For me, the rich texture prevented any feeling of dryness, making it perfect for a light application before bed. My mother, who rarely uses face masks, now finds herself reaching for these frequently due to how easy they are to use. We're both extremely satisfied with this product.

These pads work wonderfully with gua sha massage. I apply the pad, massage my scalp and décolletage, then remove it and apply cream. Following up with a gua sha facial massage leaves my skin feeling firm and supple. My sunscreen and makeup adhere beautifully afterwards. It's an excellent pre-makeup morning routine for The Hwahae Testers like me.

The included tweezers aren't particularly convenient. Due to the deep container, it takes several attempts to grab a pad, which can be frustrating during busy mornings. Also, it's challenging to separate just one gauze pad at a time. Often, multiple pads come out together, leading to unnecessary application on areas that don't need it.

I absolutely love this product! After cleansing, simply applying these pads leaves my skin feeling deeply hydrated and firm. The wave-shaped pads conform perfectly to facial contours, adhering so well that I can comfortably do other tasks while wearing them. Even without any special skincare routine, just placing these between my toner and moisturizer steps gives my skin a beautiful glow.

When picking up a mask, try grabbing it from the edge rather than the center - that way you can pick up one at a time.

Given my finicky skin, I've thrown out so many products that didn't work, so I like to try samples of things that might suit me. Luckily, I was chosen and used it for about 10 days. When you open the lid, there are separate morning and evening masks with a pair of tweezers, so you can use them hygienically. Inside are thin, wavy pads that aren't irritating to the skin and adhere surprisingly well - you could do anything while wearing them except jogging! The pads are quite thin but feel like they're soaked in rich collagen. The evening mask feels a bit more concentrated than the morning one. The scent is pleasant, and best of all, it suits my sensitive skin perfectly - I'm so happy with how hydrated it leaves me! I also prefer these pads you can easily apply where needed over full-face sheet masks. After using them, my skin glows all day when I do my skincare routine. My coworkers even asked what I put on my face, saying my skin looks better - it made me feel great! That motivated me to use them even more diligently. At first, I used two pads at once because my face was so dry, but now one is enough - my skin has become that much more hydrated!

The evening version has a heavier feel, so I'd recommend using it in dry winter months rather than summer!

While I like the mask itself, the case is a bit inconvenient. The lid can slightly open, creating gaps when the tweezers are inserted. Even before opening, some essence had already leaked out. It continues to smear around the opening every time it's opened or closed. It's a bit challenging to grab with tweezers in the narrow space. The pad size is disappointingly small, barely covering one cheek.

A major advantage is the division into morning and night versions, allowing for tailored use based on skin condition. True to its 'ampoule mask' name, the morning version feels like a light serum, while the evening one has a rich, concentrated essence texture. The ingredients don't raise any red flags, and the scent isn't particularly bothersome. Its size and rectangular shape are closer to a pad than a mask, allowing for flexible adjustment of the amount used.

The pads are so saturated that they can slip a bit when placed on the cheeks if you move around. It's best to use them while sitting still or lying down. It's not easy to take out just one pad at a time, so I end up using my fingers to grab them.

Morning and evening pads are separated in one container. With 160 pads, it's a large quantity that lasts a long time. Includes tweezers for easy use. The scent is subtle, and the pads are soaked in essence, making them very hydrating. On days when sheet masks feel too heavy, these can be conveniently placed on specific areas as needed.
