It absorbs well and feels light on the skin. Great for oily, combination, and combination dehydrated skin types. Due to its lightweight nature, layering was necessary. Unfortunately, I didn't notice any brightening effect on my complexion. - pi****Combination SkinRecommendedApr 3, 2025
I tried this vitamin serum because it was popular, and I loved that it came in an opaque, airtight container. I was able to use it up completely! It felt a bit rich for my skin, but other than that, I used it well. - tl******Combination SkinEnlarged PoresRecommendedApr 2, 2025
After using high-concentration vitamin products, this one feels a bit lacking for me in my 30s... But for those in their teens to mid-20s, it seems like a perfectly fine product. It's non-irritating and absorbs well into the skin. There's a slight stickiness, but it's fine once you apply moisturizer! The container makes it impossible to see how much product is left, so it's hard to know how much you've used. For better absorption of vitamin C, apply this and wait 1-2 minutes before moving on to the next step in your skincare routine - 7l*****Oily SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsRecommendedMar 17, 2025
I picked this up during a sale. I loved its yellowish tint and how hydrating it felt. My acne scars and pigmentation seemed to fade a bit, though I'm not sure if it's entirely thanks to this product. Personally, I find it quite pricey and wouldn't consider buying it at full price. - to*******Dry SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedMar 9, 2025
Skin type: Extremely dry, sensitive, with visible pores, redness, and facial heat. A serum perfect for sensitive skin that helps even out your complexion Scent: Nearly fragrance-free, this lightweight serum can double as an essence. Texture: It's a thin serum. Fluid enough to run when tilted, but doesn't feel heavy on the face. However, it's best applied at night rather than before makeup. If not fully absorbed, it can be slightly inconvenient when applying makeup, but it does sink in quickly. Absorption: It absorbs instantly when applied. You could even use it in place of a hydrating serum. Hydration: This product focuses more on its functional benefits than moisturizing, so you'll need to apply a separate cream. Ingredients: Contains vitamin C derivatives and niacinamide which slightly brighten the skin and stabilize overall complexion. Recommended if you want to improve redness around the nose area. Unique selling point: The gentle formulation allows even those with super sensitive skin to apply without worry. This is just a personal preference, but I prefer creams to serums, so I lean more towards cream products. - pa****Combination SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsWrinkles/ElasticityRecommendedJan 24, 2025
The Freshly Juiced Vitamin Charging Serum absorbs into the skin without irritation, providing hydration and transforming uneven and rough skin into a clear and smooth complexion. I bought it after seeing a recommendation on YouTube and plan to use it consistently. It seems like I'll need to use it regularly to see results. I hope it proves effective! - ma********Combination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedOct 2, 2024
I appreciate that I can apply this product without any irritation. There's no stinging sensation typically associated with vitamin C products. While it can be used day and night, I prefer to use it only in the evening. The price is jaw-dropping. My hands are shaking so much that I can't even apply it smoothly. - sh**********Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesAug 23, 2024
I gave it to my mom, and she said it didn't feel irritating on her skin She mentioned there wasn't any noticeable brightening effect. She also felt the amount was too small - do******Combination SkinSensitive SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedAug 5, 2024
I snagged this at an incredible bargain during a sale! It's a lightweight gel-type formula, and even though it's a vitamin product, I could use it daily without any issues. That made it super convenient for me. While the texture feels light initially, it leaves a slightly sticky residue after application. As someone with very oily skin, I found myself using it mainly at night due to that sticky feeling. - vh********Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessEnlarged PoresRednessJun 27, 2024
To cut to the chase, I won't be repurchasing this product. Of course, I don't expect miracles from just one bottle. As someone who's tried quite a few vitamin products, that's not why I'm saying I won't buy it again. The thing is, this product stings when applied. It feels even more irritating than when I first used retinol, which makes me reluctant to use it. What's more, despite having 3 years left before expiration, it has an odd smell as if it's gone off. The packaging is also incredibly inconvenient. Instead of a dropper, it has some sort of spring mechanism that makes application difficult. To make matters worse, the formula is so runny it just drips everywhere. As for effectiveness, I'll say this cautiously: compared to other products in its price range, this one doesn't seem particularly potent. Given all these drawbacks, it's simply not worth using.
