ConsIt causes severe blemishes... I'm getting a lot of inflammatory acne that's coming up from deep within my skin on my forehead, nose, and cheeks. This is the only skincare product I've changed recently, so I don't think anything else could be causing it.

Even in the height of summer, it has great staying power without powder, and it doesn't break down in patches or look messy. (Of course, this might be because I have dry skin!) As someone who uses all Innisfree skincare products, this is by far the best sunscreen I've used from their line.
ConsThere's nothing to complain about. I really hope they never reformulate or discontinue this product!
TipInstead of rubbing it in with your hands, it's better to pat it gently onto your skin.

ConsIt accentuates dead skin cells, and by the afternoon, my skin becomes oily

The color looks natural, and if you apply it with a pressing motion over your pores, it covers them well. It's also great for layering.
ConsThe texture feels a bit rich when applied with fingers. Other than that, I have no complaints.
TipI recommend using a tool rather than your hands for application.

The 'Beige' shade has a nice balance of richness, perfect for summer use. (In winter, you might feel a bit of deep dryness and it can seem a bit drying.) With mineral sunscreen, it provides a natural brightening effect that evens skin tone without leaving a white cast. Unlike some mineral sunscreens that don't play well with makeup, this one works fine under cosmetics. The best part? The excellent ingredients mean this sunscreen doesn't cause any blemishes.
ConsI haven't found any downsides yet, but it's not mind-blowing either. It's a solid, reliable product, so I'd give it 4 stars.

It's more natural than stark white sunscreens, giving a slight brightening effect that evens skin tone. The texture is smooth like an emulsion, setting to a semi-matte finish over time. When used alone, it gives such a natural glow that it looks like my own skin, but better. It's as if I've dusted on a light layer of powder, achieving that perfect semi-matte look without actually needing to use powder. However, I don't use this on its own. While I love the absorption, tone-up effect, and the seemingly fragrance-free formula, I noticed a bit of deep dryness when using it alone - probably due to the cold weather. So, I've been layering it with Scinic's mineral sunscreen, which is moisturizing with a bit of oil. My routine: I first apply a thin layer of Scinic sunscreen as a base. Then, for areas where I want a more matte look, or where I have redness or visible pores (like cheekbones, nose tip, chin, and forehead), I lightly layer on this Innisfree sunscreen. This creates a beautiful semi-matte finish. For extra staying power, I finish with a light dusting of powder. While it may vary person to person, I find that using a makeup puff to spread and pat the product works better than applying with fingers. This method gives a smoother, more even complexion without any pilling.
ConsThe regular price is a bit steep, if I'm honest. I had to use every discount trick in the book during a 1+1 sale to feel like I wasn't getting ripped off. Also, while it's marketed as 'poreless', it doesn't cover pores amazingly well. It provides a slight blurring effect on small imperfections, but it's not a full-coverage product. Keep that in mind. One more thing - this is just personal preference, but I'm not a fan of pure white packaging for cosmetics, including this one. I always worry that if sunscreen gets on it, it'll be a nightmare to clean off and keep looking pristine.

There's no white cast either, which is great because I hate when my face looks like it's floating due to that ghostly effect.
ConsFor my oily skin, it feels a bit too rich, so after a while, my face starts to look shiny... ugh.

Doesn't feel heavy or burdensome on the skin at all. Not sticky or thick in texture. The soft texture makes it feel like it's naturally blending into my complexion. Glides on effortlessly without much effort. Skin tone correction: Moderate ★★★ The skin tone correction isn't as strong as expected. It gives a natural beige effect, but over time there's no coverage. It feels like applying a regular brightening moisturizer. However, it does provide some tone-evening effect, which I found satisfactory. No white cast: Excellent ★★★★★ For a mineral sunscreen, I'm impressed by how little white cast it leaves. It corrects the skin tone very naturally, making it look like my own complexion.
ConsPersonally, I was hoping for some coverage since it's beige-toned. However, it offers virtually no coverage. If you're buying this expecting coverage, you might be disappointed!
TipTip: Use an appropriate amount Use about a coffee spoon's worth, otherwise you might experience some pilling.
