The fast-absorbing formula seems to have helped, but I'm not sure about the other functions.

My skin type is combination-oily.

It's moisturizing and absorbs quickly! In the winter, it doesn't provide enough hydration, so I have to apply extra cream. When it gets warmer, just using a lotion seems sufficient.

After using the ampoule, I immediately apply the Esteé Cream, but it seems like it's lacking in deep hydration. I tried purchasing it, and it seems to have done a good job in the intermediate step.

It seems I had bad luck with the draw, as I received a product with a malfunctioning pump.
Since it was too much of a hassle to exchange it, I just used it anyway. Every time I pressed the pump, only a tiny bit would come out, so I had to pump it multiple times. By the time it was almost empty, the pump stopped working altogether, and I had to do a whole song and dance just to use the lotion. How annoying. 
It might be a bit drying for those with dry skin types.

It has a smooth, lightweight texture that is not burdensome for oily skin, even when applied multiple times. It has a gentle feel. It worked well without any issues.

If you have dry skin, apply this and it is recommended to apply more cream.
