It seems I had bad luck with the draw, as I received a product with a malfunctioning pump. Since it was too much of a hassle to exchange it, I just used it anyway. It's gentle and not irritating. Among the lotions I've recently looked into, this seems to have the most gentle ingredients. Even a teenage child can apply it without any trouble. It's great! It seems to be non-irritating and balances the moisture and oil levels. I had stopped using lotion for a while and was just using serum and moisturizer, but then small blemishes started popping up. So I bought the lotion again, and since it seems to balance the moisture and oil levels, the blemishes have gone away!

It's gentle and good. This year and this month have been so unbearably hot that I can't really apply it more, but I'll try it again in the fall.. The lotion itself seems gentle, so I'll give it 5 points for now. +)) I've come to make a revision I've always gotten along well with green tea, and lately the weather has been a little less hot, so I've been using Benton Aloe Vera Soothing Gel and Benton Aloe Vera Gel together, and my skin has gotten so much better.. Even until mid-July, the weather was in a state of heavy rain and heat wave, and my skin was in chaos, but it's almost completely cleared up! If it doesn't get discontinued or reformulated, this is a new life-changing product I've discovered.
Cons
It's just that the weather is too hot and humid right now, so I haven't been able to apply it properly yet.. I'm not sure exactly what the downside is yet.
