  I've taken four bottles so far! The most notable improvement is that my menstrual cramps have significantly decreased. Also, the itching during my period has reduced considerably.

  Cons

  Compared to other vaginal probiotics, this one has a lower count of guaranteed probiotics, so I didn't see any effect on discharge.

  Tip

  I strongly advise against buying in bulk or directly from overseas during summer. I purchased a large quantity, but the smell was much stronger than when I bought them individually. I found out later that they can spoil in hot and humid environments.

  I've been consistently taking these probiotics for nearly 5 years now. I used to get really stressed because I'd often develop vaginal infections when my body wasn't in top shape. But since I've been diligently taking these, the frequency of infections has significantly decreased. You just need to take one capsule on an empty stomach in the morning, and they're small, making them easy to swallow. Remember to refrigerate after opening. I plan to keep taking them regularly. They definitely work!

  I didn't find any particular downsides. If you're struggling with vaginal infections, I'd recommend giving these a try for at least 3 months consistently.

  Pros

  I bought this for women's intimate health, and I've noticed an improvement in my menstrual cramps after taking it. While they haven't completely disappeared, I've been able to reduce my intake from 3-4 pills a day to about 2. The duration of pain has also decreased from 2 days to about 1.5 days!

  It's a bit on the pricier side. Being in pill form, it's not exactly tasty... haha!

  Tip

  For those who suffer from severe menstrual cramps, try taking this along with evening primrose oil. I have a feeling that combining them might lead to even better results.
