I've taken about three bottles so far. Since I started taking them, it seems like I'm experiencing fewer Candida yeast infections. That's why I continue to take them consistently. It's also great that they can be stored at room temperature. However, you need to be careful in summer. The instructions say to keep them below 26°C (78.8°F). I took them on an empty stomach before breakfast. The capsules are quite small, making them easy to swallow. This supplement cleared up my yeast infection, but it comes back if I stop taking it. It's expensive and I'm not sure it lives up to its reputation. Going to the gynecologist for a prescription is more effective.
