  The capsules were small, making them easy to swallow! The container was pretty and simple to open.

  I'm not sure if it's just my imagination, but it seems like every time I take this product, I end up with blemishes.

  Pros

  The small size of the capsules makes them easy to swallow. While it didn't work for me personally, I've heard many others have seen positive results.

  Cons

  This product didn't have much effect for me. I took it because I tend to get yeast infections when I'm tired, but I was skeptical about how effective it could be since it's digested through the intestines rather than directly reaching the uterus. I even asked a doctor about it, and they seemed doubtful too. Ironically, the only thing that happened was I got acne on my chin after taking these. In my experience, vaginal cleansers that you insert directly were far more effective than oral supplements.

  I'm thrilled that this product, which was previously only available through overseas purchases, can now be bought in Korea

  Cons

  However, there was a downside... it caused small blemishes to appear

  Tip

  For those experiencing skin reactions, I recommend using it every other day and taking it alongside skin probiotics
