  Pros

  After using it for a while, I can say it absorbs well and isn't bad overall. While I didn't notice dramatic results, I'd recommend it more for dry skin than oily skin.

  Cons

  If you have super sensitive skin, it might actually cause blemishes. For extremely oily skin, this product isn't ideal. It's so rich that you can barely use other serums with it.

  There's nothing good to say, unfortunately... My first retinol experience was a total disaster! Those with sensitive skin, please be extremely careful. I had been using only gentle products and hadn't had a single blemish lately. But after trying retinol just once, I broke out in bumpy acne.

  Cons

  Now that I'm in my late 20s, I thought I should start managing my elasticity! That idea turned out to be a big mistake... I used the tiniest amount, just a rice grain-sized drop, and carefully applied it to my forehead, nose bridge, and cheeks. Even with such a small amount, I still developed small bumps and red blemishes. I should have just saved my money for professional dermatological treatments instead. I beg those with sensitive skin to be cautious with retinol. I noticed a slight itching sensation right after applying it. Just one use of my first retinol product left my skin irritated and bumpy. I don't think I'll be able to use retinol again in the future. Since that one application, I've only been using soothing products to calm my skin. I spent good money on this, but now I'm not sure what to do with it. I'm scared to sell it in case someone else has a bad reaction. I'm considering just throwing it away.

  Tip

  I was thinking about trying a cheaper retinol product, but decided to go for an expensive one since I have sensitive skin. It seems that for those with sensitive skin, sticking to gentle products is truly the best option.

  For me, there's absolutely nothing good to say... Not a single thing...

  Cons

  After applying it and sleeping, I woke up with something like hives or tiny blemishes. It was a bit itchy right after application, but this is just too much... I'm not sure if it's the shea butter that doesn't agree with me or what. I bought this set on sale at Ol** without checking the ingredients, and my face completely broke out. When I finally looked at the ingredients, I was devastated... If you have super sensitive skin, please make sure to test it before purchasing!!!!

  Pros

  For about three days after using it, my skin felt absolutely amazing! I applied a small amount morning and evening, and it made my skin texture smoother and even tightened my pores, which was great.

  Cons

  Unfortunately, after the third day, things took a turn for the worse. I tried adjusting the amount, only applying it in the evening, and even taking breaks for a couple of days before reapplying, but I kept getting blemishes. I wonder if it's because of the shea butter - my skin doesn't usually agree with it. Even though it worked well for those first three days and I tried various approaches, I kept getting inflamed, persistent acne in different areas, so I had to give up. I'm planning to give it another shot when my skin is in better condition.

  I was amazed at how great my skin felt the day after first using it. My skin seemed more elastic, had a nice glow, and even felt like it had less sebum production.

  Cons

  The main drawback is the high price. Using it daily seems to cause slight irritation, leading to some blemishes. I'll try reducing use to every 2-3 days. Maybe my skin barrier is compromised?

  Pros

  - Reasonably priced for an IOPE product. Got it for around $40 at Olive Young with a free mini sample - Maintains inner firmness, gives a feeling of elasticity - I have concerns about large pores in the T-zone, and while the pores didn't shrink, they didn't seem to sag either

  Cons

  - When applied to acne-prone skin, it doesn't seem to make things better or worse - Since retinol can be irritating, I did experience a few breakouts while using it

  Tip

  - I heard somewhere that to reduce irritation, it's good to apply it in a sandwich method: toner - IOPE serum - toner. This seems to work well

  It absorbs well and feels less heavy than other retinol products. While long-term use would reveal its true effects, after just 3 days my skin reacted badly, so I can't continue using it.

  If you have acne-prone skin, avoid this at all costs. My skin, which had finally cleared up, has now gone back to being a disaster.
