My lips are dry and flaky, so I tend to peel them often! When I apply Hwahae thickly on my cracked lips, they become moisturized and smooth, which I'm very satisfied with! I've settled on using the Neutrogena lip balm!
Cons
The only downside is that the capacity is on the smaller side, so it's best to store it away.

My skin is extremely sensitive to all sorts of supposedly beneficial ingredients like sensitive skin, centella, cica, propolis, vitamin C, and so on. However, this lip balm has become a "true life essential item" for me. Unless I don't use it, the moisturizing effect lasts for a very long time. It even has almost no scent and is the quintessential lip balm. I highly recommend it!

I bought this famous lip balm and it's great! My lips used to get really dry at night, so I would usually apply a thick layer of Vaseline and remove the flaky skin the next day. But now I have a daily lip balm to carry around with me. After applying it, my lips feel soft and moisturized. It seems to be a lip balm that is true to its price point.
Cons
The staying power isn't that great, in my opinion. It feels like it disappears after about 30-40 minutes. Since it's in a balm form, it's also difficult to apply a thick layer. I wouldn't recommend using it right before bed. While it works well for dry lips, the effects are about what you'd expect for the price range.

My lips are extremely dry, and I use a lip balm every month. I absolutely love this lip balm. It has great moisturizing properties, and the ingredients are gentle. It's not as thick as Vaseline, but it's just as moisturizing. It's not oily, but it provides a moisturizing sensation. The fragrance-free formula is really nice. I have a very sensitive skin and am prone to allergies, but this doesn't cause any itchiness or irritation. Many lip balms have a hole in the middle of the product, but this one doesn't, so no foreign particles get inside. I always carry this with me, and even though I've tried other lip balms, I always come back to this Neutrogena one. I highly recommend this to all the lip balm nomads out there!
