Most reviews mention that the product is oily, but I actually liked that! I have extremely dry and flaky lips, even in the summer, so I always carry and apply lip balm. Those oily products don't disappear even after wearing them overnight - some of it remains in the morning. Especially if you tend to sleep with your mouth open and wake up with dry, cracked lips, I recommend trying these more emollient options. They can really help! The Laneige Ceramide Lip Sleeping Mask is a similar product that I used to use regularly, but I couldn't find it one day and ended up buying this product instead at Olive Young. I'm so lucky I was able to find the same type of product! This is an excellent overnight lip mask, so I encourage you to give it a try.

Pros
As someone who needs lip balm 365 days a year, I still find it essential even in the height of summer. I've tried many lip balms, but none compare to this one. It's affordable and provides UV protection too!
Cons
It may be a bit glossy, but it is still a lip balm, isn't it? If it also comes with color payoff, I'd want to buy that too. Hopefully, it'll be released soon. Haha

The ingredients are good, so it's not irritating and gentle. When applied, it becomes incredibly moisturizing. It also has UV protection, so I can use it with confidence. I apply it at night when my skin is dry, and I'm on my second tube!
Cons
It does make my skin feel moisturized, but the moisturizing effect feels a bit oily. And I'm not sure if it's my fault, but after using it for a while, it starts to have a slightly musty smell..😢

If you apply a generous amount on your lips before bed and wipe it off with a wet wipe when you wake up, all the flaky skin will disappear. That's my tip.. For gently removing flaky skin, this product is the best🤍
