The packaging is lightweight, making it easy to carry around, and the design is truly beautiful. The product dispenses well, allowing for easy control of the amount, and it applies evenly.
ConsI bought shade 21N, but it turned out to be a bit darker than I expected. If you typically use shade 21, you might want to consider trying shade 19 instead.
TipThe foundation absorbs well into the skin, leaving a natural finish that evens out the complexion. It works hard to maintain a healthy glow throughout the day without feeling sticky or heavy. For those with combination dehydrated skin, this could be a great option to balance oil and moisture levels.

Its strong point is how smoothly it absorbs, leaving the skin feeling hydrated. I highly recommend it for those with dry skin.
ConsIt doesn't provide much coverage. Also, during summer, it tends to wear off easily due to the heat.

It applies thinly and naturally, so it doesn't look like you're wearing makeup. Unless you've applied a lot of skincare, it doesn't pill, which is convenient! If you press it into your skin as if you're filling in your pores, it covers them amazingly well. I highly recommend this for those with combination dehydrated or dry skin!
ConsEven though I have combination dehydrated skin, on days when my skin is more oily, it can look too shiny, making powder a must. Not recommended for dry skin types. It tends to pill when used with sunscreen or on days with heavy skincare routines. Occasionally, it can accentuate dead skin cells. The coverage isn't great, so using the cushion alone doesn't effectively cover blemishes or redness - you'll need to use a concealer.

The staying power is also impressive.
ConsHowever, it doesn't cover blemishes at all, and it's so moisturizing that it tends to transfer easily.

It applies smoothly and thinly even with quick, easy application, providing great coverage. I was amazed at how well it stayed put without even using a setting spray. The hydration was also excellent.
ConsI wanted a moisturizing cushion, so I bought the glow version instead of matte. However, as someone with oily skin, I found that powder is a must-have with this. Aside from this point, I'm satisfied with everything else.
TipFor those with oily skin who experience dryness when wearing makeup, I think applying the glow version and then setting it with powder would work really well!

It applies smoothly with a thin, hydrating layer. It's not an intense glow, more of a pleasant semi-matte finish. The texture is so universally appealing, I doubt anyone would dislike it. If you powder just the oily areas, the staying power is impressive. I applied it at noon and it lasted until 8 PM without any touch-ups! The color payoff is beautifully radiant. Even after hours of wear, it doesn't emphasize fine lines. The case design is sleek and round, with an adorable pink color - absolutely love it! I can see this becoming my daily go-to. It's perfect for everyday use!
ConsDue to my large pores, it doesn't completely blur them, which is slightly disappointing. The coverage is medium, which might not be enough for some, but I appreciate that it doesn't look cakey.
TipSince it applies thinly, you can layer it multiple times on areas where you want more coverage, like the cheeks. For blemishes, use a concealer. This approach allows for a lightweight, natural-looking application.

As a fan of Laneige Neo Cushion Matte, I was excited to try the Glow version. Thank you for this opportunity! Application and coverage: Glides on smoothly and blends well, even during touch-ups. Coverage is on the lighter side due to its glowy nature, but blemishes can be easily concealed. Thin layers look best for a natural skin-like finish. It covers small pores well - apply in short strokes first, then pat to refine. For large pores, primer is a must. Longevity: As expected for a glowy product, it breaks down quickly on my combination skin. Works best with a hybrid sunscreen rather than purely chemical or physical ones. Pleasantly, it doesn't cause deep dryness over time. Wear-off: The best part is how cleanly it fades when applied thinly. As someone with large pores prone to clogging and oily patches, I appreciate that it wears off completely like high-end foundations, rather than leaving residue. Perfect for those who prefer a bare face to messy makeup. Always apply thin layers for touch-ups! Scent: Oh Laneige! The headache-inducing fragrance is gone - what a pleasant surprise! Design: Love the new Neo Dot for gripping the puff. I've always adored the simple, AirPods-inspired design and have collected several. Would love to see more color options like pastel macarons or matte black. Overall: While makeup preferences vary, this cushion shines for those seeking a healthy glow over full coverage. It's ideal for creating radiant, healthy-looking skin even if it doesn't completely mask blemishes.
ConsThose with good skin might mistake this for a dewy finish, but it's more of an oily sheen that doesn't look clean. It gives a beautiful glow under warm lighting but emphasizes texture under fluorescent lights - a double-edged sword. The puff, while softer than before, is still quite firm. It improves after a few days of use, but I prefer using a Daiso moist cushion air puff. A softer puff would be better. As someone with a light 21 skin tone who's slightly tanned, 21N1 is a bit dark - closer to a 21.5-22 shade. It's quite muted and darkens further, so apply thinly and build up during touch-ups. Attempting to set it with powder for a matte finish with inner hydration backfires terribly. If you must use powder, opt for a finely milled one like Neo Powder, using a minimal amount only where necessary. Best to skip powder altogether.
TipWhile I love Laneige, I'll be returning to the Neo Cushion Matte. Thank you for letting me satisfy my curiosity. The product quality is good, so I'll definitely recommend it to my dry-skinned friends and those who love glowy cushions.

Glow: The satin finish made my skin look great. Even though I have blemishes, my overall complexion appeared smooth and even. Hydration: I used it for over 8 hours without experiencing any deep dryness. While I'll need to test it in winter, it worked well for me now. Application: It absorbs well with a moisturizing feel, without leaving a greasy residue. It was nice to press it into my pores for better coverage. There was no emphasis on dead skin cells (though be careful around the nose area). I think even beginners would find it easy to apply evenly.
ConsLongevity: The foundation darkened over time, making my skin look dull. While the oil breakthrough creates a pretty glow, I personally didn't like it. Coverage: The medium coverage will likely please those with good skin, but may disappoint those wanting more concealment. I'm neutral on this aspect.

My skin is very dry and usually flakes with matte products, but this feels comfortable and hydrating when applied. It has decent coverage that conceals pores well. The makeup doesn't look thick - it's just the right consistency. The product itself is quite pretty, and the built-in cushion is nice too. Overall, I'm very satisfied with this product.
ConsI couldn't find any downsides for me. There's nothing I'm disappointed about.
TipFor me, the natural brightening effect was a plus. However, if you're looking for a more radiant complexion, you might want to consider purchasing a lighter shade.

The base has a slight pink tint that gives your face a radiant look, which I really liked. The case design is unique and pretty, which is a big plus, and the cushion itself is quite decent! I highly recommend this as a daily cushion foundation. Overall impression: As someone who prefers natural-looking makeup, I was quite pleased with this product. It's hydrating, so there's no flakiness, and it applies beautifully. Despite being a moisturizing product, I was impressed by how it leaves a soft, matte finish.
ConsCons: Given its hydrating nature, it seems to lack a bit in terms of coverage and longevity. You might need to touch up your makeup midday or use oil-absorbing sheets occasionally to prevent it from breaking down. This should help it last longer without deteriorating.
