I first discovered the Musgenae Phyto Soothing Ampoule when a friend gifted it to me. My daughter and I started using it together, and we were impressed by how it left our skin feeling hydrated and glowing. The texture is transparent with a slight viscosity, and it applies smoothly and absorbs quickly without leaving any residue. This ampoule proved especially beneficial for my teenage daughter with super sensitive skin. After finishing this product and trying serums from other brands, she struggled with blemishes and rashes for weeks. When we ordered the Musgenae Phyto Soothing Ampoule again, her skin finally calmed down. What a relief! The photos show the products I recently purchased during a buy-one-get-one-free promotion. This soothing ampoule has truly become a cherished and invaluable part of our skincare routine. While I have no complaints about the product itself, the dropper packaging is slightly inconvenient. Personally, I find pump bottles much easier to use. Even if a product has good ingredients, those with sensitive, delicate, or blemish-prone skin should scrutinize the ingredient list more carefully. Truly gentle products like the Musgenae Phyto Soothing Ampoule are not that common. If you have sensitive skin, when checking ingredients on Hwahae, make sure to look at the "Sensitive Skin Related Ingredients" under "Skin Type." If there are even one or two potentially sensitizing ingredients, always do a patch test before using the full product. In moments like these, I'm especially grateful for the existence of the Hwahae app. - xo*******Dehydrated SkinAtopic SkinSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresRecommendedJun 1, 2025
The application is smooth and I love that it's fragrance-free. As a soothing ampoule, it's great for sensitive skin. The small size means you have to wait for sales to make a purchase. What a bummer! This product seems ideal for those with super sensitive skin looking for a gentle, calming treatment. The fragrance-free formula is a big plus for avoiding irritation. While the smooth application is a definite advantage, the limited volume might be frustrating for regular users. To get the best value, it's worth keeping an eye out for promotions or discounts. - rl************Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedMay 5, 2025
It really helps calm down blemishes when they start to appear. I apply it frequently. The hydration doesn't last long after application. I need to use another moisturizer as well. - rl**********Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessRecommendedApr 1, 2025
I bought this because of the great ingredients. It seems pretty good! There's nothing really disappointing about it, except it's a bit sticky. - be*******Combination SkinSensitive SkinInner DrynessRecommendedJan 9, 2025
As someone with super sensitive skin prone to redness, I often get blemishes when I'm sleep-deprived. However, after using this product, I feel like my skin barrier has improved. With consistent application, I've noticed a significant reduction in redness and blemishes - now I only get one or two at most. My skin feels much more soothed overall. It might be a bit drying for winter use. Also, I find the amount you get for the price disappointing - the volume seems too small for what you pay. Since it can be a bit drying for winter, I've found a great routine: I apply a watery toner, followed by an ampoule, and then a slightly richer cream. This layering technique definitely helps prevent any deep dryness, which is fantastic. - bo*****Combination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedJan 1, 2025
As someone with super sensitive skin, I've found this product to be a lifesaver when my face is acting up. Applying it before bed when my skin is irritated helps calm things down by morning. While it's not a dramatic overnight transformation, I can feel my skin gradually improving. I always keep this on hand and use it religiously whenever my skin flares up! I have dry skin, and I find this a bit too drying for winter use. It's too drying to use alone in winter, so I apply a different hydrating essence during the day and only use this before bed! - wl********Dry SkinInner DrynessEnlarged PoresDec 31, 2024
I have extremely dry skin! I received this product as a gift, and I'm impressed with its texture - not too watery, not too heavy. It seems perfect for light application during summer. The moment you apply it, you can really feel the hydration kick in! While it may not completely tackle deep dryness, I'd recommend this for those with mild to moderate dry skin. When you first apply it, there's an instant rush of hydration, but unfortunately, that moisturized feeling doesn't last very long. As for the scent, there's a slight hint of alcohol. It's not exactly pleasant, but not unpleasant either - just a neutral kind of fragrance? If you're looking to use this as a final step in your routine, it won't be enough to combat deep dryness. You'll need to layer on additional products to really address that dehydrated feeling! - ch********Combination SkinSensitive SkinInner DrynessRednessRecommendedDec 26, 2024
I repurchased this based on fond memories from 5-6 years ago. Back then, it seemed to soothe my skin and resolve deep dryness. The absorption feels similar, but somehow different. While I have good memories, I can't find anything particularly positive about it now. Has something changed? I'm not sure if it's because my skin is aging, but I'm getting small bumps on my chin and it's itchy. I don't know why. Nothing positive to add. CNP seems to be working hard these days with new MD line products, but this one just doesn't suit me. - el*******Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedDec 22, 2024
I was really satisfied with the CNP Mugener Ampoule! The best part was its skin-soothing effect. After using it, I could feel my irritated skin calming down quickly, and especially noticed a significant reduction in redness. The texture was light, absorbing well without any stickiness, which made it comfortable to use both morning and night. As someone with super sensitive skin, I was worried, but I was pleased to find I could use it comfortably without any irritation. My skin felt more hydrated and softer overall, so I think I'll continue using it regularly. If I had to point out a downside, it would be the amount of product. Using it twice daily, morning and night, I felt like it ran out quite quickly. Given how effective it is, I wish it came in a more generous size. - ji*******Dry SkinRecommendedDec 14, 2024
Whether it's due to the weather or not, my skin suddenly became very dry and irritated. I rushed to Olive Young to buy this, and after using it for a few days, I'm absolutely thrilled with the results! It's amazing how visibly calmed my skin has become. The only slight drawback might be the somewhat higher price. Other than that, I can't think of anything negative!
