  Pros

  Excellent for morning cleansing. When used with a sponge, it can even remove light makeup. It's particularly effective when my skin is flaky or breaking out!

  Cons

  The price is fantastic and there are no downsides! It doesn't cause any blemishes and leaves skin hydrated.

  Tip

  Try using it with a cleansing sponge for best results!

  Pros

  I first tried this product about 10 years ago when my skin was in terrible shape due to an alcohol-based toner (was it Bioderma or Clarins?). My face was red, itchy, and so sensitive I couldn't apply anything. That's when my dermatologist recommended this. At first, I only used it for cleansing and followed with a cream for about 3 days because my skin was so sore. Surprisingly, my skin started to recover. It's incredibly gentle, perfect for baby skin or seborrheic dermatitis - ideal for extremely compromised skin conditions. My dermatologist even suggested using this product for a gentle morning cleanse instead of just water, as it's better for maintaining the skin barrier. Recently, I repurchased it after a reaction to a retinol shot that left my face feeling like seborrheic dermatitis again. It's still as gentle as ever. It feels like you're using a cleanser, but only just - it's more substantial than water cleansing. It gives the sensation of washing away only the unnecessary elements from your skin.

  Cons

  There's nothing to complain about, really. These days, there are so many great cleansing products available. Just don't expect a squeaky clean feel, lots of foam, or intense cleansing power - that's absolutely not what this is about. It's less oily than a cleansing milk, but has slightly more substance than water.

  Tip

  It's perfect for maintaining your skin barrier or for a non-irritating morning cleanse. After all, just using water can sometimes leave you feeling not quite clean enough...
