The effect was not really there.
They said it was apple-flavored, but it wasn't really apple-flavored.
The aftertaste was a bit strange.
It's not that I couldn't eat it, but I had to kind of grit my teeth and force myself to eat it.

The Lactobif also didn't have much of an effect, but at least it had some taste, so I just went with it, but this one doesn't even have any taste.. haha I have no intention of repurchasing it.
