I didn't notice any significant effects from this product. It was supposed to have an apple flavor, but it didn't taste like apple at all. The aftertaste was a bit odd. It wasn't unpalatable, but it did make me pause for a moment before swallowing. While Lacto-fit didn't really work for me either, at least it tasted good. This one doesn't even have that going for it. I won't be repurchasing.

As someone with irritable bowel syndrome, this probiotic has been the most effective for me. I'm not sure if it's because it's butyric acid bacteria rather than lactic acid bacteria, but it significantly reduces bloating and really helps with regular bowel movements.

It seems like the effectiveness diminishes a bit if you take it for a long time. I noticed that unlike other probiotics, this isn't classified as a health functional food, which is a bit disappointing.
