  As someone with oily skin who usually uses mild alkaline products, this is the first alkaline cleanser that's caused blemishes for me. Looking at the ingredients, I noticed some that aren't great for oily, sensitive skin. The strong cleansing power seems to be quite irritating. I used it in late autumn and early winter, which made it worse. This might be suitable only for summer use.
