I thought the serum would have a moisturizing formula without much oil, since it's called a 'Trace Ampoule', suitable for oily skin. But it turned out to be a medium-viscosity essence that provides adequate moisture and oil content, which was great for my dry skin. The medium-viscosity formula really locks in the moisture after application, and doesn't feel lightweight and fleeting. I can even use it alone without a cream before makeup in the morning!
