  Pros

  First off, the packaging is absolutely gorgeous. The unique rounded square shape is so adorable, it instantly lifts my mood just looking at it! I also love that it's transparent, making it easy to check how much product is left. The semi-translucent formula has a nice weight to it, perfect for use from winter through spring. I've been applying it generously after my essence step.

  Cons

  As someone with extremely dry skin, I found it a bit lacking in addressing deep dryness and longevity. Also, the price point feels a tad high for the amount of product you get.

  Tip

  It works great when layered after a water-based essence.

  Pros

  First, I was pleased with how smooth my skin felt after applying the ampoule. I have sensitive skin, so I was worried about the shea butter content, but fortunately, I didn't experience any blemishes or irritation. Regarding improvement in skin tone, it's too early to say definitively since I've used the ampoule for less than a month. However, after consistent morning and evening application, I noticed my overall complexion has brightened. The first skin photo is before using the ampoule, and the second is after 7 days of use. The second photo does look a bit brighter due to lighting.

  Cons

  While there weren't any major drawbacks, I felt the hydration didn't last very long. It wasn't extremely dry, but I did notice some dryness as time passed. As for the dropper that many people criticized, I personally didn't find it inconvenient at all.

  Tip

  With the weather getting drier lately, and since I have combination dehydrated skin, I've found that applying a hydrating moisturizer after the ampoule, followed by an additional layer of moisturizer on areas except the T-zone, helps maintain hydration without feeling greasy or flaky.

  Pros

  [Packaging] First off, the packaging is absolutely gorgeous! I was wondering where the ingredient list was, but it's right there when you open the box! The bottle itself is beautiful, and the color scheme is just lovely. The dropper has a really nice grip too! [User Experience] I've been using a 10% niacinamide serum before. That one made my skin feel dry immediately after application, but this? It's hydration personified! I felt a slight warmth on my face right after applying, but I tend to get that with everything except toner... So I'd say the irritation level is quite low! I also tried it on the back of my hand, and doesn't the treated area look a bit brighter? I've been using it for over a week now without any blemishes, so I think I'll keep using it! I have super sensitive skin and serums often cause severe breakouts, but this one seems really gentle!! I'd recommend this to anyone with sensitive skin who's interested in fading dark spots!
