The packaging is so pretty and cute!! And I'm not sure if it's just my imagination, but it seems like the scars have faded a bit after using this product!!
Cons
The dropper is a bit inconvenient to use!! It would be better if it could dispense more product at once. And it tends to slip out of my hand when I use it for a while

I've tried a few products with niacinamide, and they often had a thin, lightweight, and runny texture rather than a viscous one. But this product has a quite dense and viscous texture, which was surprising to me. The texture may not be the most absorbent, but that's not a dealbreaker. I've been bothered by some recent blemishes, and I ended up picking at them with my nails, which left a few small scars. But using this ampoule diligently and generously every day seems to have accelerated the fading of those scars, which I'm really happy about. I'm quite satisfied with this product. And while it's a minor thing, I really like the packaging. It's cute and adorable. The transparent lavender color of the product itself is also very appealing to me. The fact that the outer box has braille is also a nice touch that I appreciate. Overall, this has been a satisfying product for me personally.
Cons
It does feel slightly heavy, sticky, and slick. The regular price is a bit steep, so it's probably best to buy it when it's on sale. For those with oily skin, it might feel a bit too heavy, especially in the summer. But personally, I was fine with it.

The fragrance-free and dropper-type packaging makes it neat and tidy. The amount doesn't increase much per application, so it seems easier to control the amount. The formula is a concentrated liquid type that flows smoothly, and it has a substantial application feel. I've been using it diligently for a week, but I'm not sure about the effects mentioned in the product description^^; There was no tightness or breakouts when I applied it, and it does give a bit of a glow.
Cons
The absorption is a bit slow. The finish is not as fresh and clean as I'd like. The slippery feeling lasts quite a while. Since this is not my preferred finish, I don't think I'll repurchase it.
