The famous Dior Tutu blush! At first glance, you might think 'Am I really going to put all that shimmer on my cheeks?', but once you apply it, you'll be speechless at how beautiful it looks. The neutral color makes it suitable for most complexions! I'm between a summer cool and spring warm tone, and I use it perfectly! Although it's shimmery, it's not overpowering, so I often use it for my daily makeup routine. Even with multiple layers, it doesn't clump or become too intense. Instead, it layers beautifully, which is perfect for someone like me who struggles with controlling product amount. If you love blushers with a glow, I highly recommend Dior Tutu. Let's Tutu and shine!

When applied to the cheeks, it instantly adds a lively glow, allowing you to create an adorable, lovely mood.

However, for someone with cool undertones like me, it might appear slightly warm. Just a tiny bit... ever so slightly. Since only the blush is somewhat warm while the rest of my look is powerfully cool-toned, there was a slight 'looks off' feeling. Pros
It's the famous Twinkle Twinkle blush! Known for its beautiful shimmer, it really has fine gold and silver sparkles that catch the light beautifully. The base color is a bright pink that suits cool tones perfectly. (For warm tones, I think the Panarea color would be a better match.) As someone with a neutral undertone, I found the color a bit saturated, but when applied thinly, it gives a lovely rosy flush to the cheeks. Due to its high shimmer content, it's best to avoid areas with visible pores and focus on applying it to the cheekbones. It looks amazing when you layer a light color as a base and then add this Twinkle Twinkle blush as a central point - absolutely stunning!
Cons
The shimmer can be more pronounced than expected, which might emphasize skin imperfections. It's not a pale, powdery color with a lot of white in it. (Instead, it gives a clear, vibrant color that allows for a cute and natural look.)

The color is a mix of 70% strawberry milk pink and 30% rose. It's so pretty! Since the color intensity can be adjusted, it should look beautiful on both warm and cool skin tones. I'm not a fan of powdery blushes, but this one has a watercolor-like finish with beautiful pink, light purple, blue, and gold shimmer. The pearlescent effect might be a bit much if used alone, so I use it as an accent. The shimmer also gives a subtle highlighting effect.
Cons
While it's cool-toned, it's more of a lukewarm cool. Those with light cool undertones might find it a bit warm if used on its own.
Tip
This seems perfect as an accent blush. Apply a soft matte blush as a base, then sweep this on as a highlight for a dazzling, beautiful finish.

I applied blush today. Look, look! I really went all out with the blush today! I'm beaming! There's a lot of visible shimmer. This is definitely not for a natural, no-makeup makeup look. It's very obvious that you're wearing blush.
Tip
There are mixed opinions about the built-in brush, but I actually like it. Since the shimmer particles are quite intense, using the narrow and small built-in brush helps prevent the disaster of shimmer spreading all over your face. You need to apply it by gently patting it onto a very small area.
