How can the color payoff be this amazing? The subtle, luxurious pearls that shine through are so beautiful, and it feels like it doubles as a highlighter too. I'm extremely satisfied! The price is a bit disappointing, and it's a shame that it's difficult to find... The product seems to be a multi-functional makeup item, possibly a blush or eyeshadow with highlighting properties. It has excellent pigmentation and a sophisticated pearl finish that adds a touch of elegance. The famous Dior Tutu blush! At first glance, you might think 'Am I really going to put all that shimmer on my cheeks?', but once you apply it, you'll be speechless at how beautiful it looks. The neutral color makes it suitable for most complexions! I'm between a summer cool and spring warm tone, and I use it perfectly! Although it's shimmery, it's not overpowering, so I often use it for my daily makeup routine. Even with multiple layers, it doesn't clump or become too intense. Instead, it layers beautifully, which is perfect for someone like me who struggles with controlling product amount. If you love blushers with a glow, I highly recommend Dior Tutu. Let's Tutu and shine! The color payoff is on the lighter side! But honestly, I actually prefer it that way.

It looks gorgeous and luminous even when lightly applied to the eyelids. As someone with warm undertones, I find it suits me well. I think it would complement both warm and cool skin tones nicely. There's a bit of excess powder fallout. The quality of the built-in brush isn't bad, but it doesn't pair well with this particular product. Try applying it to your eyelids or aegyo sal (under-eye fat) for a lovely effect.

When applied to the cheeks, it instantly adds a lively glow, allowing you to create an adorable, lovely mood. However, for someone with cool undertones like me, it might appear slightly warm. Just a tiny bit... ever so slightly. Since only the blush is somewhat warm while the rest of my look is powerfully cool-toned, there was a slight 'looks off' feeling. I might need to purchase the recommended 'spring pink' set later for a more cohesive look.

As someone with a neutral undertone, I found the color a bit saturated, but when applied thinly, it gives a lovely rosy flush to the cheeks. Due to its high shimmer content, it's best to avoid areas with visible pores and focus on applying it to the cheekbones. It looks amazing when you layer a light color as a base and then add this Twinkle Twinkle blush as a central point - absolutely stunning! The shimmer can be more pronounced than expected, which might emphasize skin imperfections. It's not a pale, powdery color with a lot of white in it. For someone like me who loves shimmer and blush, this product is absolutely top-notch! The staying power is excellent, and the color payoff is fantastic! There's also a lovely scent, reminiscent of roses! If you're not a fan of shimmer and want to conceal texture on areas where you apply blush, this might not be your cup of tea. The shimmer is quite vibrant and could potentially emphasize texture! I've noticed a lot of excess powder flying around when using the brush that comes with the blush, so I prefer to apply it with a different brush! The color builds up beautifully with just a light touch, so resist the urge to over-apply if you think it's not showing up at first!

I'm not a fan of powdery blushes, but this one has a watercolor-like finish with beautiful pink, light purple, blue, and gold shimmer. The pearlescent effect might be a bit much if used alone, so I use it as an accent. The shimmer also gives a subtle highlighting effect. While it's cool-toned, it's more of a lukewarm cool. Those with light cool undertones might find it a bit warm if used on its own. This seems perfect as an accent blush. The color itself is such a beautiful pink. It applies true to color, giving a radiant look. Overall, I'm quite satisfied. As expected from a brand product, the price is a bit wicked, but that's the only downside.
