As a low pH soap, it leaves skin feeling comfortable after cleansing with no irritation. When shaving, the rich lather minimizes irritation. It's even gentler than low pH foam cleansers, helping to reduce redness. Sometimes the skin can look a bit dull, especially when only cleansing once on days with makeup. I'll need to use it more to be sure. After washing, there's significant dryness typical of low pH products, and I notice some dead skin cells forming. I love this shampoo bar and plan to use it as a backup at home. The ingredients are all good and gentle, which I really appreciate. It softens quickly when it comes into contact with water. This is my first time trying a cleansing bar. It's perfect for days when I'm wearing light makeup - feels so fresh and light. I'm not sure about its deep cleansing abilities, but I'm satisfied with the quality ingredients. Since I usually apply a light sunscreen, this works well for me. When it comes to value for money, it's a bit on the pricey side. Being a bar soap, it tends to get used up quickly. You can make it last longer by using the soap dish that comes with it and making sure to dry it properly after each use.

Before, my face would feel so dry and even itchy after washing, but since using this soap, it's been much better! The soap developed some cracks, maybe due to storage issues. But it doesn't affect its use at all. It lathers up really well with just a little rubbing. If you want an even richer foam for cleansing, you might want to try using it with a foam net.
